People generally know what they should be doing.
But sometimes – even when you do – it's not enough.

Ensuring you consistently do the things you need to in order to feel and perform your best.

To be there – when needed – to remind you you're doing better than you're giving yourself credit for.
Emphasising the progress you’ve made so far.

We all need someone in our corner to hold us to high standards and give us a pep talk on the tough days.

That's what I give my clients.
They spend their days thinking of others (employees, colleagues, family)
I'm there to have their back.
Focused on their best interests.

Here are some of the different ways I'll keep in contact with High Performance Coaching clients to provide the accountability and support they need:

✅  Monthly Coaching Call
An in-depth coaching call where we discuss goal-setting, mindset, motivation, current challenges etc – whatever is relevant.

✅  Weekly Check-in
Tends to be focused on metrics; bodyweight, tape measurements, progress pics, training progress, plus a general update.
I'll take this data and decide on any changes needed.

✅  Monday Morning Check-In
A quick text to set clients up for a successful week covering:
- Wins in previous week
- What they learnt
- How they can improve in the week ahead

✅  Mid-Week Huddle
A brief voice-note filling me in on their week so far and anything we need to allow for in the coming days.

✅  End of Week Catch Up Call
A quick call to review the week & discuss any considerations for the weekend.

✅  Daily Habit Check-Ins
When trying to build momentum with new habits I’ll often ask clients to send me a thumbs up via text when they execute that habit.

As you can see the level of support available is pretty comprehensive.
It's why the programme is so successful.
I created it to ensure clients have everything they need to be able to be at their absolute best.
