People often don’t focus on this because it seems ‘too easy’

That stuff doesn’t sound like hard enough work, it can’t make a difference.
Yet despite how easy it sounds, most people struggle to do these things consistently.
And that's what stops them making progress.

Sweat the small stuff

Focus on the BORING BASICS every day.
