to be at her best in ALL aspects of her life.
It unfortunately took a health-scare and hitting rock bottom to finally accept that change was needed.

When it comes to changing your health, wellbeing and performance you need to build habits that address five key pillars; diet, exercise, sleep, down-time and productivity.
This is how we did that for my client and the simple, but hugely effective changes and habits we established:
We increased daily activity through steps and consistent workouts.
We designated a specific workspace at home creating much needed
boundaries between home-life and work.
We used Myfitnesspal to track food intake and also increased protein intake.
Alcohol was limited to once per week (not banned but balanced).
We tracked physical progress through bodyweight, tape measurements and pictures.
We improved sleep quality by removing her phone from the bedside.
By becoming more comfortable saying no, we leveraged more time doing the things that she enjoyed.
Transforming your health,
wellbeing and performance doesn't need to be complicated. But that doesn't mean it's easy either.
Sure it requires hard work, making sacrifices and tough decisions at times and of course perseverance.
But it's all worth it when you see how much these things can impact not just your own life, but also the lives of the people around you too.
